down-sizing until they reach grape- like proportions. OK, If you want to
permanently sport a non-manly package reminiscent of a poor slave
Eunuch, then go ahead. But it’s doubtful whether those chicks
will think it so totally cool! Doesn’t quite go with the full packaged
image of a muscle stud?
Also,
there are ‘thick-as-planks’ bodybuilders (yes, they still abound! who
overdose to the point of near brain-dead!) Testosterone has a direct
effect on endorphin levels. It can bring about a general feeling of well
being and provide a feeling of confidence, which is almost unparalleled.
If however, the individual is already inclined to bullying and aggressive
conduct, this will be escalated to a greater or lesser extent, and
that’s where the real trouble begins. Otherwise, normal people are
rarely transformed into raging psychopaths.
Once
steroid usage has ceased, there will probably – though not automatically
- be a loss of around 10-15 pounds of water-weight, but most of the muscle
gain should be retained. BUT, If you choose to allow your testicles to
shutdown and stop testosterone supplementation without a taper and
occasional complete LAY-OFF, you'll lose a mighty lot of gains in muscle
and those ‘balls’ will also be looking smaller, graduating to
‘grape-size’. ONLY
IF YOU ARE ALSO PREPARED TO LIVE FOR SERIOUS MUSCLE: TRAIN EVIL BALLS-OUT,
EAT A VAST AMOUNT OF FOOD, SLEEP AT LEAST TEN HOURS A NIGHT, TAKE
TESTOSTERONE FOR SIX WEEKLY CYCLES ONLY (FOLLOWED BY SIX WEEK NO-STEROID
LAYOFFS). In other words, take an equivalent amount of time between cycles
as you are on (taking them); therefore if you do a 6 weeks cycle (6 weeks
of actual testosterone), you should take 6 weeks off before your next
cycle). YOU
MUST ALSO BECOME SO STEEL DISCIPLINED AND FOCUSED THAT FRIENDS &
FAMILY DON’T EVEN RECOGNIZE YOU! The first step in assessing whether or
not testosterone is the steroid for you is taking a look at your own
goals. But if it’s for maximum fat-loss with no interest in muscle gain,
forget it. Testosterone
is virtually never to be found in pure form. Most of the time, some ester
or another has been added to it. The purpose of this is to avoid a sudden
rush of testosterone in your system. Esters will let the testosterone get
absorbed in a time-released manner. So the next step is: choosing which
form of testosterone wpould be best to use? There
are many forms of testosterones to choose from. Testosterone Propionate
will hit your system in 2-3 days. Testosterone Suspension (which has no
ester) will hit your system in 1 day. Testosterone Enanthate will take
about 10 days. Sustanon (a blend of 4 different testosterones) will remain
active in your system for periods of probably up to 4 weeks. The general
rule is the faster acting a testosterone is, the more side effects you
will experience from its use. So the goal is to COMPROMISE and find a fast
acting testerone but one that doesn't hit your system so fast that most of
it is rapidly converted to estrogen and DHT whilst simultaneously,
choosing a testosterone that is not so long acting it will be hard – if
not impossible -to control. Enanthate is a good one and Australian
testosterone enanthate is one of the very best. findING
a reliable brand of testosterone: There are many
brands out there and the most
potent brands of testosterone are: the Pakistani Sustanons and, the
Australian testosterone enanthate bladders which are outstanding. Since
it’s impossible to test them all and hellishly expensive: personal
feed-back experiences have indicated that one of the most
unreliable brand names of testosterone is T200. Both Tornel and Brovel
Labs in Mexico make T200. The Brovel version seems to be even worse that
the Tornel. Users of T200 usually experience greater amounts of acne and
balding. Feedback reports have even indicated that some poor stud was
faced with a pubic hair in his Brovel T200t viall. Also it has been
rumoured that this has other additives such as estradiol and DHT. T200 is
also grossly underdosed and a very "dirty" all round (bacteria
and foreign substance wise) brand! Whenever you hear someone saying that
he needs at least 1000 mg of testosterone to see good results, chances are
he is on T200. 1000mg of T200 is probably only 500mg of testosterone
enanthate! BEGINNER
CYCLING:
For a beginner using a good quality testosterone, 500mg
a week is suggested.
YOU MUST take as much time off between cycles as you are on. In
other words, if you do a 6 weeks cycle (6 weeks of actual testosterone),
then you should take 6 weeks off before your next cycle. If you insist on
doubling this, you MUST still take exactly the same number of weeks OFF as
ON! PROSTATE
ENLARGEMENT: The
first path testosterone tends to take is via 5alpha reductase which turns
it into DHT. Even though DHT has some beneficial effects on muscle gain,
it is highly androgenic. DHT is the main cause of steroid's two biggest
side effects: balding and enlargement of the prostate which often leads
over time to cancer. Prostate Hyperplasia: DHT has been shown to
dramatically increase your chances of getting prostate cancer. Even’ if
you’re a pulsating, totally hot, permanently hard, super muscle stud
that is exploding with raw bulging virility

still have your prostate looked at regularly by your doctor if your
on steroids. Having
an enlarged prostate is definitely something you want to avoid. So how to
do this? Taking Finasteride (also known by the brand names of Proscar and
Propecia) has been shown to inhibit 5alpha reductase from converting
testosterone to DHT. Research has shown it to be highly effective in
treating and preventing baldness and prostate enlargement. Fincar: Fincar
is the brand name and it’s made in India. Even though it contains the
exact same chemical as Proscar (5mg of finasteride), its cost is
significantly less. suggestED usAGE:
1 to 1.25 mg of
finasteride a day for every 500mg of testosterone you use. If you have a
5mg tablet, that means using one quarter tablet a day. Prolonged use has
shown no adverse side effects in most subjects. Look
around you! You may have a head of thick, lustrous hair which complements
your Godlike looks but beware! There are a good many bodybuilders – some
quite young, who are otherwise throbbing studs, but with thinning hair or
worse! Basically, DHT binds
to the hair follicle in your head. It causes an inflammation that in turn
starves your hair of oxygen. Thus, your hair dies.
Nizoral shampoo: Research has shown that this may (MAY!) prevent
balding depending on your genetic makeup. For the $20/bottle cost, it is
well worth it to use Nizoral shampoo. No noted negative side effects have
been reported, except a possible dryness of the hair. BITCH
(BREASTS) PECS: Gynocomastia
(Gyno) is an often seen side effect in steroid taking bodybuilders. Again
some teen and juniors are well on their way to showing this unpleasant
feature. Basically, it is the irreversible development of breasts in a
male subject. Although normally harmless in nature and usually small, it
often causes an immense amount of mental anguish in studs that are
otherwise icons of bulging steel- beef perfection. This is all caused
through the next path that testosterone might take through its ability to
aromatize into estrogen. Estrogen can cause the development of
gynocomastia causing increased water retention, bloat, and an un-nerving
rate of fat gain. Getting rid of estrogen is comparatively easy for most
guys though. An
anti-aromatase (i.e.- a substance that prevents testosterone from being
converted into estrogen) is: Arimidex
and the brand name for anastrozole. It comes in 1mg tablets. USAGE:
one-eighth to one quarter of an mg of anastrozole per day per to every
500mg of testosterone that you use. That equates to using a quarter of a
tablet every other day or every day. Anastrozole has been shown in
countless research to cut down estrogen production by up to 90%. Prolonged
use has been shown to be extremely safe.
TESTICULAR
SHUTDOWN: With
all this exogenous (outside), excess testosterone in your system, there is
no point in the body continuing to produce this naturally, and so, it
simply shuts down and decides to stop producing its own source, causing
your testicles to shrink (builder’s small ball syndrome) and your sperm
count to decrease significantly or produce ‘blanks!’ Testicular
shutdown is significantly reduced by the use of clomiphine citrate (more
commonly known as clomid) by stimulating your body to encourage endogenous
production of its own testosterone. Even though testicular shutdown is
normally reversible to a greater or lesser extent once steroid use has
ceased, prevent it from ever happening in the first place and you
will retain a ‘manly profile.’ Once you come off steroids, your body
will normally, gradually start producing its own testosterone again.
However if you’re NOT musclesmart, and do NOT take equal periodic
steroid lay-offs to that of your cycling, this can take many months to
happen. Also during that first month, you will have greatly reduced
amounts of testosterone in you system and your once stud libido will be
way down. The succeeding months should then improve at a relatively slow
rate. Thus, you will most likely lose much of your gains once you stop
using testosterone. If,
you want to ensure this loss of ‘expensive’
muscle, a suggestion might be: A clomiphine citrate to prevent testicular
shutdown: AKA Clomid; 25mg of clomid per day per 500mg of testosterone you
use. Clomid usually comes in 50mg tablets, equating to one tablet every
other day. There are tablets of 1000mg of testosterone, which equates to 1
tablet a day. Clomid has been
shown to be relatively safe in medical research. CHOLESTEROL: Cholesterol
increased levels can be another worrying side effect of testosterone
supplementation. A low-cholesterol diet is always advised when on
testosterone, but most smart bodybuilders do this anyway. Most of the
time, heart attacks are through steroid use abuse, and the result of
significantly overdosing plus, individuals naturally prone to this problem
anyway. SMART MUSCLE non-cycling with periodic lay-offs and, restraining
from a high cholesterol diet when on them, should largely overcome this
problem. Getting your blood analysed on your first cycle is recommended.
The full efficacy of steroids very much depends on the individual, so it
is vital you find out if it affects you and to what extent. MUSCLE
BULGE ZITS: Testosterone
enlarges your sebaceous glands, which are located in your skin, and causes
the production of excess body oil. This in turn leads to acne, which can
occur on your face, back and chest. Explodin’ buffed muscle stud animals
who are literally steel bulging and throbbing with virility, and at the
peak of young male perfection, don’t need this annoyance. So, if you
experience this side effect, it’s possible to reverse it. Taking 2
showers a day is your first step. Next, tan once or twice a week

is winter, take a bath using 2 cups of Epsom salts to .5 to 1 cup of
hydrogen peroxide (5 VOL only) every so often. Hey dude! The moment you
feel an unsightly bump developing, place an ice cube on it until it just
starts to tingle – and not burn – and repeat regularly, this will
discourage its development. Also use cider vinegar diluted in water and
dab regularly onto those bumps, as muscle zits are not friends with this
sort of acid bathing. Lemon and similar citric acid work well too. So
here is what a complete beginner's steroid cycle would look like, with
suggested legal supplements worth taking): Week
7 or 13: FAT
is NOT bad for bodybuilding if it’s good fat. Without it in fact, you
are creating problems for your bod which will get worse not better:
Testosterone secretion may be adversely effected if the fat intake goes
much below 20%. However you MUST discipline yourself to throw out as much
Saturated fat as possible FRIED STUFF IS OUT FOR STUDS – severe
discipline builds awesome bods! Instead, opt for Essential Fatty Acids:
EFA’s. Now you won’t like this, but if you don’t have sufficient
EFA’s, your power to create muscle through your testosterone (muscle
stud hormone) will just not be capable of maximizing production , That
means simply; you will NOT grow to the max. ![]() EFA’s
probably decrease catabolism
and INCREASE GROWTH HORMONE SECRETION. They also help good (HDL)
cholesterol and evict the bad (total serum)type. Evening Primrose
oil/Borage oil/flax oil/Safflower oil. Primrose oil?
– ok, it’s more expensive but brilliant! MUSCLE
POTION: Try
this little muscle magic mix, take it every day, and your muscle massing
ability should upload whilst your fat burning ability (through increasing
the efficiency of the metabolism) will also be significantly improved: Mix
one cup of Primrose oil or flaxseed: with one cup of another EFA oil;
flaxseed, safflower, borage or primrose oil. Now take one cupful of this
mixture with a protein drink, meal replacement powder, or regular meal,
two or three times a day, which will provide your daily bodybuilding quota
of EFA’s. An alternative but highly effective method is the same dosage
but with: evening primrose oil and extra virgin olive oil. FAT THIS WAY
burns off unwanted, muscle overlying-lying fat. This
may extraordinarily, also improve the action of insulin whilst improving
the oxygen use and energy transformation, required for optimal
performance.
DIET: Confusion is rife when it comes to steroids and training and dieting whilst on a testosterone cycle. YOU MUST increase daily caloric intake by around 2000-3000 calories. Increase protein intake to 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of lean bodyweight (sometimes more depending on your metabolic somatotype). Training should be upped in intensity but NOT duration for most programs. Sleep is another important factor. Get at least 10 hours a night if you want to explode grow.
